What we collect
When you RSVP, register a car, reserve a vendor table, sponsor, or volunteer at fillthetank.invictuspros.com, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone, email, business name, the car you're bringing, and any notes.
How we use it
- To plan the event and get in touch with you about it.
- To send you your payment link if you reserve a paid table or sponsorship.
- To let our event organizers know about new sign-ups.
Payments are handled by Square. We never see or store your card details.
Text messages (SMS)
If you enter your phone number on our sign-up form, you agree to get text messages from Fill the Tank about this event, such as your RSVP details or your payment link.
- Message frequency varies, usually one to three texts per sign-up.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email brenden@invictuspros.com.
- Texting isn't required to attend. Leave the phone field blank and use email instead.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We don't sell your info
We never sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We only share what's needed to run the event, with the services that power this site (hosting, our database, Square for payments, and our texting provider).
Keeping and deleting it
We keep sign-up info until the event wraps up and for planning future Fill the Tank events. Want yours deleted? Email brenden@invictuspros.com and we'll remove it.
