Meet rules & waiver
Sat Nov 28, 12–3 PM · White Knight office, 4949 N Loop 1604 W, San Antonio TX 78249 · Run by Knock & Nourish and Invictus Pros LLC
When you RSVP a car, reserve a vendor table, or sign up to volunteer, the boxes you check mean you agree to this page. It's short. Please read it, especially the release.
Meet rules
- Walking pace in the lot. No burnouts, no donuts, no revving, no racing, coming or going.
- Roll in between 11:00 and 11:45. Follow the crew to your spot.
- Cars stay put from noon to 3. Need to leave early? Find a crew member and we'll walk you out.
- Respect the venue and every car. Look, don't touch, unless the owner says it's cool.
- No alcohol or drugs. Keep it a family event.
- The organizers can ask anyone to leave who puts people or property at risk.
Your car, your responsibility
- You're 18 or older, you have a valid license, and your car is registered and insured.
- If someone else drives your car to the meet, they need to agree to this page too.
- You're responsible for your car, your passengers, and anything you bring. Share these rules with anyone riding with you.
Release of liability. Please read.
YOU ARE GIVING UP LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE FOR NEGLIGENCE. READ THIS PART.
Who we mean. "Event Parties" means Knock & Nourish; Invictus Pros LLC; White Knight Pest Control; the owner and any landlord of 4949 N Loop 1604 W; Private Label Motorsports; Dennis: Driven to Connect; From Scratch Tx; San Antonio Food Bank; and each of their owners, members, managers, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents.
The risks. A car meet has real risks: moving and parking cars, other drivers, crowds, curbs and uneven pavement, heat, cold, rain, mechanical failure, fire, and damage to or theft of cars and belongings. You choose to attend and you accept these risks, known and unknown.
The release. For yourself and anyone who could make a claim through you, you release and promise not to sue the Event Parties for any injury, illness, death, or loss of or damage to property (including your car) that arises out of or relates to Fill the Tank, from the time you enter the property until you leave it. THIS INCLUDES CLAIMS CAUSED BY THE EVENT PARTIES' OWN NEGLIGENCE. It does not cover gross negligence or intentional harm.
Covering costs. If anyone makes a claim against the Event Parties because of something you, your passengers, your guests, or your car did, you will cover the Event Parties' costs for that claim, including reasonable attorney fees.
Kids. If you bring anyone under 18, you confirm you are their parent or guardian or have their parent's OK. You will cover the Event Parties' costs, including reasonable attorney fees, if that child or someone on the child's behalf makes a claim this release would bar if the child were an adult, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY THE EVENT PARTIES' NEGLIGENCE.
Photo & video
We'll be shooting photos and video all day, and so will other guests. You let the Event Parties photograph, film, and record you, your car (including its plates), and any kids you're the parent or guardian of. You let them use those images, your name, and your voice in any media to promote Fill the Tank, future events, and their community work, with no payment and no approval needed. If you want a specific photo pulled from our own pages going forward, email us. We can't pull things others have already posted or printed.
Vendors
- Load in at 10:00. Be set up before gates open at noon.
- Bring any permits and insurance your business needs. Food trucks: a current health permit and your own liability coverage, ready to show on site.
- Food trucks and anyone cooking: add Knock & Nourish, Invictus Pros LLC, and White Knight Pest Control as additional insureds and email us your certificate by Nov 21. Keep a fire extinguisher at your booth. No open flame, propane, or generators without our OK.
- Bring your own tent and table, or ask us for a table and chair when you reserve.
- Paid tables are held once payment comes through. If we cancel the meet, we refund paid tables. Leave your space as clean as you found it.
- The release, photo, and fine-print parts of this page apply to vendors too, for your business, its owners, and its staff. You confirm you can agree for your business.
- You'll cover the Event Parties' costs, including reasonable attorney fees, for any claim caused by your booth, food, products, equipment, vehicle, or staff.
Volunteers
Volunteers agree to the release, first aid, and photo parts of this page. Follow crew instructions, wear the vest when directing cars, and never stand in a car's path.
Safety, weather, and the fine print
- First aid. If you or someone with you is hurt or sick, you OK event staff giving basic first aid and calling 911. Any medical or ambulance costs are yours.
- Removal. If you break the meet rules, we can ask you to move your car or leave, and you agree to go right away. We may report reckless driving to police.
- Weather and changes. If weather or safety calls for it, we may delay, move, or cancel the meet, or close the lot early. Car entry is free, so there's nothing to refund.
- Texas law. Texas law applies, and any dispute goes to the state courts in Bexar County, Texas.
- If one part fails. If a court won't enforce part of this page, the rest still applies.
Version 1, effective November 5, 2026.
